rear bench to middle row?

is it possible to move the rear bench forward to the middle row to give a large boot? pros/cons? (swb shuttle, t6.1)

we currently have 1+1+1 removed from middle row which has been useful but need more boot space now so hoping i can shift the bench forward? thanks

Yes - bench seat has the same spaced brackets as the middle shuttle seat.

On the Kombi, 2nd row seats options are 2+1 or the bench.

Its funny you’ve just liked a post I made in another thread about the topic as I typed a reply to yours

My van when purchased was a 9 seat SWB window van which had a 2+1 in row 2 and a bench in row 3. We wanted a captains chair up front so the double went. We only really needed 6 seats so the bench went and we have a single shuttle seat in row 3.

I’ve had chance to look at the different seat types and compare bracket spacings etc.

ha, yes - it’s been a busy couple of years!

with a 3-seat bench in R2 I’d be worried about accessing a single seat in R3 ?
