Okay so this is a bit random - but wondered if anyone else has anything similar.

Noticed thiseve that my drivers side is sitting 5mm higher than my passenger side. Apart from an ovano and a few bits I’d class it as unloaded. This seems to be same front and rear for some reason.

Parked on totally level surface etc etc.

Wondered if it could be something to do with say fuel load in tank etc?

Suspension is -30/35 each side on koni dampers.

Boggling

The diesel and AdBlue tanks are on the passenger side.

Try re measuring with an empty diesel tank?

Suspension is often set up that way so it its level with the driver on board. I wouldn't be giving it a second thought.

All sorts of reasons why a vehicle can be very slightly lopsided. These are not precision instruments or show cars. As has been mentioned often vehicles are set up to balance the driver. Everything of major weight the engine is not symmetrical, nor the transmission nor the one sided 80L fuel tank nor the fat lump driving it nor the passenger. The springs on some vehicles do not always seat properly, the manufacturers springs are cheap and may settle unevenly. If really fussed pt some motoring scales used for setting up race or rally cars under each wheel while on a level surface by level use a spirit level preferably while not pissed. Make sure that you are wearing odd socks do not do your usual routines. Take scale measurements and wheel arch to centre of wheels or ground. Oh by the way make sure tyres have correct pressure and are equally warn. Discuss on here.

You need to put the heaviest leisure battery you can in the under the drivers seat position, normally I would recommend a relatively lightweight lithium battery for it's fantastic power to weight ratio but thinking here a 110Ah lead acid and a truly mind blowing weight to power ratio.;)
On a more serious note might be worth checking you haven't lost the pigtail lead in coil on one of the rear springs, happens quite regularly.
