Pull out / sliding bed rattling. Help please!

Hello everyone,

I have a pull out / sliding bed however it rattles so much whilst I’m driving and it’s slowly driving me mad.

Has anyone had this problem found a solution to it? So far I’ve tried bunges and lots of felt pads but it hasn’t worked.

I’ve tried loads of those buts it’s so persistent might end up resorting to some lock nuts but I’d rather not pepper it with holes if I can help it
