Pricing advice

I’m going to be selling my van soon - a bit reluctant to put an ad on here considering the hammering I’ve given the company who converted it but all the issues I had have been resolved (mostly by me).

I’ve genuinely no idea regarding pricing - I’ve looked on Autotrader etc but not really any the wiser. I want to price it fairly and competitively as when I do advertise it I’ll want a quick sale. The bodywork isn’t pristine although there’s no rust but a not brilliant repair done to a bit of an argument I had with a car park wall 🙄 (I have the before photos which shows the damage)

Van is a Candy White ex- EON 2017 (66 reg) Startline 5 speed 102 with business pack but been remapped by Dav-Tec who also fitted an Alpine Halo 9, MFSW, cruise control, dead doors & Gladen speaker upgrade. 64,000 miles.
I’ve had the timing belt, water pump, aux belt replaced recently - EGR valve was done last year. Some (not all) service history but it’s never failed an MOT or had any advisories. Regularly serviced at a VW specialist independent in the 2 years I’ve had it.

There’s a R&R bed, (I’m gonna say not crash tested because I’ve seen no certification), plenty of cupboards, sink, 2 burner hob, 60L underslung water tank.

It’s got a Skyline poptop roof, Eberspacher heater, 20” alloys, Fiamma 45s awning. Roamer Lithium battery, victron blue smart, shunt, MPPT, DC-DC charger. Vanshades blinds on side & rear windows

I’m thinking advertising at somewhere around £24-25k - does that sound reasonable for a quick sale, Or am I being too hopeful?

Cheers

PS hope this doesn’t break any forum rules - if it does apologies and could a mod please remove it!

Price seems reasonable as a starting point but for a quick sale expect to accept a lower offer. Great time to be selling though so GLWS.

It's a nice spec with low mileage, I would certainly start at 25k and see what happens. Sad you're selling up though, a bigger van or 'mind yer own business'?
