Power to flag pole LEDs

I am thinking about getting some LEDs outside the van, eg on a flag pole and around the awning.

Question us how do you run the power from the van (controller unit) inside to outside of the van in a convenient way to set up whilst camping and then remove when finished?

TIA

the dream LED strip is water proof. . . . . and electrical taped to pole . . (or velcro, but i found velcro slipped)

.

the dream LED controller is shower proof, so i just leave that as is . . . .

EDIT: but we found that rain water will run down the wire and gets inside the controller and kills it. ..

so the mod was to use glue/silicone to totally seal this section from rain water.

or ensure that this side faces DOWN, or put it in a sandwich bag.

.

i made up this fused cable for the battery . . .

i connect it all like this . . .

.

then put this bit in a bag . . . . if rain is due, if not i just leave it out.

@Deaky has an impressive setup . . . .

numerous Dream LED zones etc + Flag pole etc

how do you get your feed out from your van? . . . . for pole + awning loop?

25-way RS232 flat ribbon cable can be trapped in closed windows & doors easily, combine 1-12 for pos and 14-25 for neg, leave 13
You dont even need the full 25, you could split it and make two
