Hi all, hopefully someone out there can advise me. I have a 2018 T6 150ps (Tdi) dsg that’s covered around 33k. Few weeks ago had a major service including the cambelt & waterpump for the first time (5 years old). Washing it today and inadvertently took off the oil fill cap, to find a large amount of white gunge at the top of the oil fill pipe. Never had this issue before and have had the van a year and covered 12k in it. Coolant level looks good and the van all sounds normal and doesn’t overheat. Is this just a coincidence since the waterpump change and nothing to worry about? Has anyone else had this in the past? I have wiped the fill pipe and cap and will take it on a run and look again.
