It’s a replacement canvas fitted to an existing side opener. The side opener is made by Leisuredrive but they have not made the replacement canvas - an independent company did it.
Stitching not straight, the flap is stitched with a bit of a twist which is pulling it up. The panel round the zip looks like the tension might not be correctly set.

Looks like my mate's Space Roofs canvas on his T4, It's terrible. No thought went into its design, less into its manufacture.
Not one of theirs but at least I know to avoid them
