'Plug and play' solar panels.

So, this may be my last question for you @Dellmassive regarding this, grrrr.. (possibly).... fitted my new Victron controller in the van in lieu of the PU controller....there is not enough room for both cables in the solar screw connectors on the Victron, I can obs connect in the flying leads for the additional solar panel with the MC4 connectors on the other end, but how is the best way to reconnect the existing pair of cables ,which are just bare wire, back in without buying stuff to form the MC4 connector on the end and using the branch connectors...hope that makes sense and Alopogies if this is really dim question!
Cheers

i would join the exiting panel feed - bare wires.

and the the new MC4 short mini leads - mobile panel

into a piece of chock block or suitable large crimps, or mini bus bar.

basically any electrical connector suitable to carrying 10-20A ( make sure its insulated )

push that behind the white board.

then have a short link wire to the new MPPT.

examples of what you could use.

++++

Just looked at that portable blue fusion kit.
I have 0 controllers for any form of solar, so this kit literally is out the bag, onto my leisure battery and away you go?
Seems to easy?
Did you buy this in the end? Interested in its performance rather than using a fixed roof system

Whoops, Amazon prime strikes again - 200w version has ‘appeared’ today.
Will try and fit tonight (if the rain stops) and see what it manages tomorrow.
