Physical layout of electrical components

There is plenty of information on this forum in regards to how to do the wiring in our vans. I've learnt a lot and done a lot of reading on here. I have noticed that there are no diagrams showing a physical layout of components so figured I'd upload one to hopefully assist other.
My set up has no solar, and no additional monitoring of the battery other than what the Victron apps provide.

I've used:
- Victron B2B 30A
- Victron Blue Smart IP65 12v 15A Charger
- Wylex WBE3 3 Module Insulated Enclosure × 1
- Wylex NHXS1B10 10A 30mA SP Swi. Neutral B Curve 6kA Type A Mini. RCBO × 1
- Wylex NHXS1B16 16A 30mA SP Swi. Neutral B Curve 6kA Type A Mini. RCBO × 1

In my eagerness to run the wiring from the engine bay to the driver seat, I inadvertently ran the following:
- 240v flex in blue - this is to provide a 240v feed to sockets in the kitchen unit,
- 16mm single core wire in red - this to to connect from the starter battery to the B2B which will be under the drivers seat
- 0.5mm twin core to provide a feed from the Victron battery under bonnet to leisure battery under drivers seat. This is the issue since it only has a rating of 11A, so is absolutely useless to use for the 15A charger. (Edit: I later replaced this with a 3mm 33A twin cable)

I'm left with 1 definite option:
- remove seats, carpet etc and run a larger cable - not an appealing task to have to do again.

And one possible option:
- connect the battery charger to the starter battery instead. I did read on here (but now can find it) the this was a possibility. The thinking being that when on an EHU, the starter battery charges, and the B2B then kicks in and charges the leisure battery.

Can anyone confirm this 'possible' option please, or point me in the direction of that thread.

Here’s where I located the consumer unit, EHU socket, and battery charger. I cut a piece of ABS to the same size as the 2 pieces of battery trim, and worked out how high it could go with the bonnet closed. I had to fit the ABS, and then fit the components in place.
I was aware that if I ever needed to access anything, it would be in the middle of the night, whilst raining, so everything is attached with cable ties through double holes, the benefit being that they can easily be removed. I hope this helps someone else out.

Spent Sunday running a new cable, which was the right thing to do. Here's the updated wiring diagram for anyone that could use it.

Maybe it’s missing off the diagram but you should have a fuse on the positive off the leisure battery and fuses on each of the cables off the positive busbar. Or is it a fused busbar?

Also, it’s not necessary to have a fuse at the B2B end of the cable from the starter battery as there is no output from the B2B. It won’t do any harm, it’s just more connections and complexity.
 
@ginkster thanks for your input. I've amended the diagram and removed the fuse into the B2B. I've also shown a fuse on the outlet from the leisure battery. It's something I'd have have hopefully noticed when I came to doing the wiring.

As far as fusing all outputs on the positive busbar, all these components are under the seat so almost touching each other. The cables for the B2B, and the Leisure battery are individually fused, and the bluesmart charger has an internal fuse.

I have added another a 2nd 12v fuse box under the seat. I realised I had a few things to power from in there such as: Diesel heater, 12v-5v transformer for a phone charger, and I'm sure other stuff will present itself.

TOP TIP: when laying your floor, it's probably worth leaving a route under it for cables that leads from under the drivers seat to where your cabinets start. I've had to run cables up thorough the seatbelt hole at the bottom of the B pillar which leads into the panel opposite the sliding door. Helpfully there's a few factory holes already in the panels.

And here’s how the components fit under the drivers seat. I decided in the end to add a fuse on the output of the bus bar. This is center of images and feeds both fuse boxes. IMG_9317.jpegIMG_9318.jpeg
