Perfect spec kombi for resale

If you had the opportunity to spec a kombi and sell on at maximum profit in October. What would your spec be?

LED lights, highline trim, twin sliding doors, 2+1 rear seats, virtual cockpit(if available), one of the popular colours, rear camera, single front seats, 204 engine, 4 motion with diff lock other than that most other things are an easy upgrade.
What's making you think there's profit to be made?

Good call on the heated seats, don't think 6.1's can be ordered with a sunroof (wish I ordered one in mine when I had chance). Can't go wrong with grey!

What's making you think there's profit to be made?

I am not sure yet about profit. But I have a heavily discounted November priced kombi for delivery in October. So a year price advantage. I could cancel or sell on. Still undecided.

I had T6 204 LWB Indium Grey and Starlight Blue with sun roofs in my hand last June and thought the sunroof restricted my options. Think that was a mistake on reflection.

Aside from the 4motion mine is the exact spec van and I love it. I would add electric tailgate, but I can retrofit that.

If the market stays as it is I would say you stand to do ok selling on if you got it at a good price, or the bottom could fall out of the market when people sell on their covid campers at the end of the season?
