Patch lead - what do I do with it?

Afternoon all
I have bought a Pioneer EVO950DAB that I want to fit in my 2019 T6 and retain steering wheel controls and factory parking sensors.
I have see that a few companies sell kits with all of the necessary cables and most of it seems pretty straight forward and obvious apart from the Patch lead.
What do I do with it??
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I'm in the process of fitting the same unit, I have all the wiring, do you connect all the wires Key 1, Key 2 and GND or just plug in the jack plug?
Where do the Key wires go if they are connected?
Also, what is the suggested route for the wired for mic and GPS antenna?
