P0401 with new 2.0 biturbo fitted

Sorry, I know there are multiple threads on this but I think mine is slightly different.

Picked up a private sale a few weeks ago, 2016 T6 2.0 biturbo with 64k. Engine had been replace with new along with DPF and catalytic converter plus other stuff.

I’ve realised now that the cooler hasn’t.

I’m going to try and take to Darkside this week but was wondering if anyone has had similar or any advice for running/not running.

Sod’s Law but we should be using it for camping on Friday so keen to get it looked at before.

Engine has done 800 miles since fitted FYI.

Get the tafmet EGR simulator and blanking plates, even the later revisions of EGR cooler fail in the same way.

Been running this way on my 180 for a few years now with no issues
