Ovano & Cadco Configurations

Looking good. Has anyone got storage boxes that work well in the XL drawer? Looking at reworking our camping stuff storage

We use Tanos Systainer boxes , there are loads for sale on the second hand market as the NHS bought thousands of them during covid and now no longer need them .
They fit perfectly within the dimensions of the drawer .
Festool use tanos systainers with their branding on .

I've made our own bed system which is similar, albeit I believe the drawer is marginally wider the Ovano. We use Ikea Samla boxes which fit neatly, stack, and come in different size variations. Very cheap, and work a treat.

I have a cadco bed fitted in my t6 can it be fitted more towards the front seats? I know it dosnt seem like it would make sence having to open drawer but I’d prefer to be able to sit in my back door step and have that space

I doubt it would be difficult to do, you would need to make something that offset the mounting points but it wouldn't be great in my opinion as the sliding door(s) would be blocked also.
Theres still a small area left when the drawer is closed, if it was important to you I would consider looking into options for shortening the drawer instead of offsetting the full unit but thats just my opinion. Could also make something for sitting on the drawer itself as it has a decent load capacity but you would be higher up than the van floor.
