Hi , after reconfiguring my layout and no need for such a large awning now, im selling the above.
Excellent condition , used once by me and once by previous owner ( a friend)
All beams work and hold the pressure, comes with the inner bedroom, carpet (which may need a wash) and comes with kador strip if needed.
Excellent awning which provides a huge extra space for families .
