Hi All,
Hope you’re all having a great day, where ever in the world you are! Posting from Australia! I just picked up my Transporter from being on repair after hitting a deer a couple of weeks ago, and there is 4 main issues that have not been addressed by the repairers, and I’m hoping to get a bit more of an understanding behind these things so I can go back with some ammo to show them that they where responsible for the repair of these things.
So any help with this would be greatly appreciated! I am currently getting a warning on the main head unit screen whenever I turn the Van on that the “optical parking system” is unavailable, the oil sensor warning is flashing at me, and I’ve noticed the headlight high adjustment is not working (they did replace one of the headlights) and the side mirror adjustments aren’t working either. Are these all controlled by the same system? Or fuse? Or have wires running in a similar place? The impact was to the front (as your looking at the front) left hand side of the car, I will try and upload a photo of it post crash.
I’m hoping there is something that is a common denominator between all these issues, and if not, is there any advise out there as to how to fix these?
