On off on rotary switch

Hi I’m looking for a little guidance for this type of switch, it’s a on/off/on rotary switch

my van has none led wiring (3 wires)

switch has C, NO (normally open) NC (normallyclosed which I’m happy with but where would the 3 wires go,

or is it +ve to one C and -VE to the other C

any guidance greatly appreciated

Hi it’s just to replicate the existing switch, ie, on, timed/door, off
