Old school kids motocross identification help

So - picked this up last night unintentionally and can not for the life of me work out what it is - I thought it was a ouch magnum x

Frame has been coated and looks rough in the pictures but has been cleaned up ok and needs some work

Reason I care what it is that kids mx from this era didn’t have lights really and the frame has no markings - also the Tomos engine was an after thought

I have lost myself if Google for hours but no luck - the frame mounting points are the bits that stump me
