Oil pressure switch Malfunction

Hello, seems like a common fault on here, the dreaded flashing orange coil light came on and error code P164B00,

I've seen a few things on here and a few fixes but all seem slightly different, any advice/pics etc would be greatly appreciated

Hey all,
Following this thread after having the flashing coil light of doom with ‘P164B00 Oil pressure switch: Malfunction’
Have since had the brown pressure switch changed, but alas the problem is still there.

Similar to others, occurs around 2k rpm when the engine is warming up. Doesn’t put me into limp mode or limit my speed at all, although stop-start does begin erroring.
A quick restart once the engine is warm and it doesn’t come on all day. Otherwise van drives perfect.
