I’m wondering if anyone has the destructions to install the oem ambient lighting kit? I’ve had a good search of the forum and seem to find a few kits that people have put together (and also gave me some great ideas to expand it with!)

But none for the VW kit.

Any help would be appreciated! Thank you in advance

Got a link for the kit?

Didn't know they done it retrofit.?

Surely at that price they would come with instructions and maybe someone to fit them too:eek:

blue/grey and brown behind the light switch, if that's what you want when the lights come on?

It’s grey/blue not blue/grey lads for illumination
Please make sure you don’t mix it up as there might also is blue/grey in there
Pin 10 grey/blue instrument illumination feed
Pin 6 brown ground

I’ve had these delivered today. No instructions but asked the question & now had them emailed over, if anyone wants them let me know & I can forward over the PDF

Omg that’s amazing. I really hope you can post a how to - especially the seat buckles.

Just buy a pair of these:
I picked Audi 2017-2024 A4 variant.

Remove the lining stickers on the back of your seat buckles and slide the illumination surrounds over your OEM ones.

Connect the power supply to your desired feed (e.g., courtesy lights, ambient, etc.).

These ambient buckles are RGB and come with Audi compatible LIN controller, but can be used without it.

Any RGB colour can be achieved, few examples below.
