Noob headlight washer question !

Hi all, so this is my 1st T6 with led headlight washers, are they supposed to work at the same time you use the windscreen washers? I've tried it with the headlight sw. in auto & on, but they’re just not popping out to play!!
Is there a knack to it or do they work every 5 goes!? How do they work!

Believe you have to have dipped beam on in order for the headlight washers to work and, yes, they're triggered by the windscreen wash function. Headlights are washed on the first windscreen wash after engine start and then on every 5th windscreen wash after that.

And make sure they are topped up enough. If they are low, the headlamp washers won't work, but the windscreen will.

Did it come with them from the factory? Or is there a chance someone has put a new bumper on and upgraded the headlights?

Its the highline tsi so deffo factory, and with a torch n mirror you can see the motors!

Im guessing its the same reservoir that feeds both!?

Yeah, but headlamp pump sits higher in the bottle, so needs enough water to cover the pump.
