Hi.

Not a T6 I know….. but my Dad has a 2017 Caddy Highline, I drove it from time to time and I often have to question about the indicator, it’s not making the Tik tok noise when on, first time I actually got out to see if they worked fine, and they do, but what’s would cause this to not work?

The tik tok, on a T6 comes from a speaker that's driven from the BCM afaik.

Assuming a caddy is similar......

try a BCM reset first....

Funny you replied too as I’ve been reading up on some vcds stuff you have posted, don’t think my 2016 T6 has had any of these clever little updates / changes done, I’m sure it’s probably about time I ought to look into a few things!!

It’s my Dads van and he was going to get his usual garage to look at it when it was next in there, he’s not bothered by it, but when I’ve used it I’ve always found it strange not heating the noise

Thanks for the reply, i am hoping to get mine sorted out, apparently its the mini speaker in the instrument cluster but of course its not possible to just purchase the speaker from VW, a new instrument cluster is around £670 and has to be coded to the vehicle!
Which I definitely will not be entertaining.
I will let you know if I manage to get mine fixed .

That’s interesting, I know my Dad won’t be fussed especially if it’s that much money! He should be driving a Porsche but chooses to drive a van!!!
