Is DIY not a possibility? It's not a difficult job and there are lots of threads on here to assist.

DIY gets what you want not want someone else thinks you should have and you will save a decent amount of money.

Cosmic campers did mine while I waited. Very flexible with putting everything where I wanted it even though it was a bit of a pita with wiring and stuff.
