New T6 Kombi With Optional Scratch On Dash!

Had my new T6 delivered this morning. Noticed a scratch on the dash adjacent the nav screen. Question, is this a simple thing to pop out and replace? I'd be much happier doing it myself!

That whole trim pops right out inc both the vents but reckon it won’t be cheap, if dealer scratched it I think they would likely supply you the part to replace ?

Yes, I'm sure they'll be happy to provide the part. They aren't local so I don't want to be driving 120 miles to them. If it's straightforward I'm prefer to replace myself.

Yeah it’s not too bad but you need some plastic trim tools to pry it out without marking the dash as the clips are quite tight

I just happen to have some....hopefully they're a suitable size. I'll see what the dealer suggests and take it from there.

Not quite the same as the dash on my T6 but is this a similar removal method?

Check at around 5 minutes 30 seconds.

No it’s not like that, you don’t need to remove the top tray and there’s no screws
Get a plastic trim tool under the bottom edge and lever it out then work around to top until it’s all free then the whole thing pulls forwards
There are four clip on the bottom and four on the top

I pulled mine out with my hands. Start at the air vents and work your way around.

If they come out that easily, I should of Gloss Blacked mine when I had everything else done.
