Navigation problems

Hi all..Im trying to enter a postcode/ street/ town in france (saint omer) in to my highline navigation.
The street name and saint omer dont exist in the options bit if I google the postcode and street name they come up with the correct destination?
Any ideas??

Just went out and tried it on mine and didn't work with a space so used a hyphen instead which is how it appears on google so looks like you have to be very specific/exact when entering

Prob not relevant but I have updated my maps a few months back not that it should make a difference

Is it possible to get 3d buildings on the T6 nav? Can have it on the Porsche nav..maybe the wide screen nav in golfs which is not an option for ours.

Slightly off topic but I have the same sat nav. Can you change the voice from male to female ?

The annoying thing I find is the traffic, if you select it, it defaults to traffic problems all over the place and then you have to select the option for 'on route ' only
Anyone know if it can be made to select 'on route' as the default value
