In 10 years the T4 has never missed a beat and its at 190k, hope the T6 is gonna fill these shoes....

I went from 20 years of T4 ownership to a 102ps T6, never looked back. The drivers peddle position did take a while to get used to mind

Thanks for the compliment, current plan is a kombi conversion with all VW parts (sorry its not going to stay a panel van but family needs and all, I do get it though, one of my best friends has a T4 and its a mint panel van it looks so nice with clean straight lines).
Gonna fit pigment limo tint windows with sliders both sides,20” rims and suspension drop.
The Bus is still in warranty so I might wait to drop it just yet and just do the windows, inside with maybe as set of knobbly tyres for the family when we go off road biking.
Not that I've put any thought into it lol.

Yeah I found I had to be much more upright but its a better ergo posture for sure, I went some distance for it so had a good hour and half to get it sorted on the way home, cruise was a pleasure.

If we're all being honest I don't think the T6 will be as reliable as the T4, emissions regs have become a lot more complicated since the T4 was designed and built.

I'm 12 months into T6 ownership, touch wood with no issues at all, I think you'll love the new van, but your wallet will hate it.
