Motor for Heater Temperature Flap

Hi did you manage to sort the problem with the temp flap motor. I have a similar issue i can see the motor thats at fault but it looks a pain to get to. Any help much appreciated.

yes had to take dash out to sort it though, mine had snapped on the flap side if that makes sense, bought a complete heater assembly and swapped it over, not too bad of a job really took about 10hrs but did it over a few days,

Thought that might be the case.
I not getting chilled air through when at coldest setting looks like the flap isn't closing fully. If I push down on the linkage so it closes it works OK as soon as I let go it moves back a bit and the warmer air comes through.
I can see it struggling to move very jerky presuming its just the motor.
