MOT - odd advisory

So van went for its MOT yesterday which it passed but it was given a odd advisory.

Originally my van had the 3 seater single fixing point bench seat. This was removed and replaced with a single centre seat mounted to originally factory fixings.

They have put an advisory due to the near side rear seat was missing. Obviously there is no near side rear seat and no blanked off mounting brackets so no idea why they have highlight this?

Does this sound right? Been like this for all its MOT and never been brought up before?

How many seats does the V5 say the van has? If the V5 says X & the van has Y, maybe the tester was covering his arse because he’s only examined Y seats/mountings/seatbelts, when he was expecting to test X No.
