This is not really a review, we all know just how good they are there, and I was treated to the same level of service by Rob and the boys. I arrived @ 08:30 and met two other owners both called Andrew. The first in a fetching red Ocean, Transporter does look really good in red. The other Andrew was in a stunning Ascot Grey T6.1 with awesome Navis wheels. Equally stunning was his passenger Bella the dog, who I had the pleasure of walking with whilst my van was having the new suspenders fitted.

Im hoping Andrew and the lovely Bella are members here. I would love to see the after pics. Or maybe someobody with the same suspension kit and wheelsize/tyre size as the Ascot van could help me out and post pics of your van.

Anyway.......

20" Navis with 265/40/20 tyres

At the first attempt mine looked a bit high at the back so Rob suggested adjustables on the rear so it could always be changed once mine was deadened, carpeted and with 20" wheels. For the record the drive home was superb. The van felt somehow more agile, its firm but there is a softness to it. Difficult to explain really.

After on my 18" Sportlines with 235/50/18 tyres:

But Im definitely wanting to go 20" now, Im seriously considering the same Navis wheels as per Andrews Ascot van, but in anthracite. However im worried mine may not have the same stance as his and look more like this below, although thanks to @CRS Performance I can at least bring down the rear on mine. The van below just seems a bit overwheeled on the same Navis wheels. Or maybe it doesnt, and im overthinking it. You know what its like when you have a picture in your head.

I would say measuring with a tape measure from centre of hub to the wheel arch is about 42cm.

Thoughts, comments, pics 🙂 ?

Cheers David. Well I wanted about an inch to inch and a half gap between the tyre and wheelarch. But then I am on 18s with the possibility of going to 20s. I measured it this morning, between the arch and the middle of the hub (the correct method), and its showing about 42. Maybe it will sink a bit more as its new ??

Looking good now I think. Hopefully some 20s with 255 or 265 and either a 40 or 45 profile tyres should fill out the arches 🤔
