I have a 2017 T6 and wondered if anyone has the ability to unlock any of the additional features such as "voice" etc. I'm in the North west Wirral, Chester area if anyone has the tools.

Voice control is a main dealer unlock - you need to pay for it!
Telephones, navigation systems and radios can be operated via voice input. After activation, a red microphone indicates that the instruction is being accepted. The context-sensitive "Commands" are displayed on the screen. In addition, the title blocks of the topics that can be selected are highlighted in red.
Note: This product is not generally applicable to the vehicle model years and equipment mentioned below. Please clarify the secure use in your vehicle via your Volkswagen partner in advance
