Mattress is pop top usually included?

With a brand new conversion is it normal for a mattress in the pop top to be included or not?

Up to you and the converter really. They might throw in a basic one, or you might want to specify a 50mm inflatable, or a really fancy one with plastic petals at a corresponding cost.
