Afternoon all, this is something I’ve been working on in my free time as a bit of a hobby and have had a few requests through our local meets and on Instagram to make some more. So here they are

Magnetic Shelves - I’ve handcrafted these shelves from oak, they are designed to attach securely to your van or car using strong rubber-coated magnets. The rubber coating protects your paintwork from scratches and damage.

Each shelf can safely hold up to 3kg and is perfect for hot or cold drinks, Bluetooth speakers, utensils, cutlery, phones, or any other small items you need while camping, picnicking, or fishing.

I currently offer them in one size: 35cm x 15cm x 2cm, fitted with 4 rubber coated magnets.

For me the real beauty of these shelves is how quick and easy they are to use and no need for your vehicle to be perfectly level — simply stick the shelf wherever you need it, and your cup (or anything else) sits safely and securely.

Each shelf is finished and oiled with a premium hard wax-oil that is both food safe and water repellent, wipe clean only.

I’ve currently got 4 listed on my eBay for £30 each posted available here: Mag Shelf eBay

The Next batch will be uploaded towards the end of the week.

They look great and am definitely considering a purchase.

Have you thought about making any bigger sizes? I think it would be very handy to have a larger/longer one for the width of the sliding door.

Thanks all for the replies, and appreciate all the orders so far. That’s the eBay cleared out.

I’ve just got back from work so will get them wrapped up and posted out this evening.

I’ll work on some more and should have another 10 finished to put up on eBay over the weekend

Thank you, to be honest I have been working on and trialling a larger one that uses the same principal, same style in oak to match. But it also has a front support to stop it tipping

I’m not 100% happy with it at the moment so a few adjustments needed but once I’m happy and it works then I may put a few up for sale :)
