Lusso campers new builds

Hi everyone!

First time buyer here. Currently looking at a few of the campers at Lusso Campers. Mileage is a little on the high side…. But pricing doesn’t seem to bad.

Has anyone recently bought a camper from them and got any reviews/tips?

Spotted that one earlier. Looks like they had a pretty bad experience with the furniture ordered from there

Was wondering if anyone else had a similar experience or not when buying full conversions. Strange how different platforms have such different views. Trying to work out if the google reviews are legit or not…

It's hard to tell from that thread because they've since asked for their comment to be deleted (due, IIRC, to them being threatened with legal action), but @Thea also had a terrible experience with Lusso Campers. You could try DMing @Thea and asking them directly.

EDIT: just noticed that the deleted comment was @Thea's one and only post, so, chances are, they wont respond!

Personally, I'd judge a company by how they respond to reported issues, rather than by reviews written by customers that didn't encounter any issues. Better to be safe than sorry... IMO.

Ok,
I’ve not wanted to poke the bear on this one but whilst I didn’t have a full conversion done by them I do have both seats and furniture from Lusso.
I had issues recently where the piping was coming away from the seat and I can’t argue with the service.
I sent them the seat base and they recovered it and sent it back all at their cost.
For me the fit and finish of the furniture was good, need some minor fettling but fits well.

I guess it all depends on what you want and more importantly budget.

Which for my budget I am happy with at the moment
