Losing the arch gap without lowering

Hi Folks,

Been on here a few times for guidance. And thought it was about time I joined!
Thank you for all the good information you all share.

I have a T5.1 with 17" Devonport wheels.
I would like to fill the arches a bit without lowering.
Was thinking of VW amarok wheels and possibly general grabber tyres?

Has anyone done something similar and is it do-able..? Any pictures would be great
