Looking for inspiration - please share your interior layout

If you’re having ventilation holes/slots then 15mm is going to be a bit bendy!
But it will depend on what and where your supports/strengtheners are as well.

As we are planning our second van, I find myself spending way too much time building up Pinterest boards etc and looking for inspiration on here and elsewhere.
Things that I plan to change in the new one and would love to see how others have gone:
- Less carpet! Would be great to see what other materials people have used for lining, especially the non kitchen side as that ends up looking like a sea of carpet in most conversions (ours included). It seems like carpet is necessary on the metal parts, so also wondering how to blend in other fabrics and colours with the limited carpet selection assuming that is a necessary evil on bare metal
- More curves - furniture is fine, but I’d like more curves in it
- Sliding bed and straight layout - I am sold on the benefits of a sliding bed system and this means a straight kitchen layout
- Better lighting - Under cabinets, underside of roof bed
- Nappa upholstery.
- Darker pop top - as you can see, cream lets a lot of light in
- Vanshades blinds vs curtains

For a sliding bed, the key to our layout was this fridge, which allowed us to get the seat to slide all the way to the front and still have a big fridge. Our bed is 1105 mm wide, so probably a bit narrower than your current one though.

Thanks. We’re going a 120 bed in the new one with a top loading fridge and a backup portable one for longer trips. I’d love to have a bigger bed again as 130 is great but just too much compromise on storage
