Lightbar: Canbus or not?

Hej there experts!

So happy I found this forum. Now to my first threadstart and question.
How do I know if my T6 needs a canbus connection for fitting an led bar as additional headlight?
Mine is a multivan from 2016.
Is it perhaps only the t6.1 that has canbus connection for the headlights, or is it all T6's?

All T6 lights are power driven, as far as I know only the T6.1 LED headlights are canbus driven

With my T6, I just needed to tap into the main beam wire at the headlight with the relay trigger feed.

Great, then I purchased the 80 dollar canbus adapter for nothing
Anyways, that is great news, as it will make installation easier.
