Leighton Vans painted parts

Hi, just wondering if anyone has had any experience ordering painted parts from Leighton Vans recently and how long it took them to deliver them?

At the time of ordering it said 10-14 days but it has gone over that time frame and I'm still waiting for my parts to be delivered.

I was hoping to have the parts fitted last week but that ship sailed so really hoping they arrive this week before I head back to work again!

I have an its always "dispatch tomorrow" or "parts have come back will be dispatched soon"...it's day 22 now.

Toys out time then! I'd be ringing them and telling the nice person on the end of the phone that you've already had to cancel one bodyshop appointment and if they can kindly assure you of a realistic date to book another or just refund me now .
