LED lights always slightly on

I'm installing some led spotlights in my T6.1 but even when the power is off at the switch they are glowing slightly, from what I can see a likely cause is the CBE dimmer switch that has a small on/off light that seems to emit a small amount of current even when its off.

Is there a solution to this? Could I somehow disable the light on the switch and would that help? Alternatively would a resister help?

good question, it was installed professionally so I would assume so but I will try and check if I can work out how.
