Interior lighting diagram

Has anyone access to the T6 interior lighting diagrams? I’ve tried the download section but just keep getting a white screen.

I’ve put a led down light in the back on a switch but it goes out when it’s meant to be on and comes on when it’s meant to be off.

I need to rewire it. It’s only 3 wires.

Original wiring is two switched earths (one live, two switched earths for unlock/door open).

But van will switch power off to the +ve after 10 Minutes or so once locked.

Yeah it’s the only time it does what it should

I want the switch to work as the original light fitting did so I bought a 3 pole switch but be damned if I can work it out but I’ve been looking at it as a switched live not switched earth. I’ll have to take another butchers at it this week while I’m off work.

LED rear interior lights - How i done it.

so a few have asked, so i though i would just list it here as a post so i could refer back to it in the future.

The lights were purchased from The T6F shop over here >



We were planning to do the carpeting at around the same time, but for the purpose of this thread ill leave the carpeting bit out.

first thing to do was to remove the existing roof lining by popping out the grey plastic hex head pop studs, they all unscrewed easily, the center support bar popped out with a plastic trim tool... no problems so far....
