LED Interior Bulb Replacement ?

Hi
Hoping someone could point me in the right direction to source replacement LED bulbs. The only model number on the back of them is slf19-12-3(y+s). I have googled and searched but have not been able to to find any, only yellow, we need blue, to replace two that sit in roof above the sliding door. Any recommendations of suppliers/shops appreciated. Thanks

Afraid not, just lived with this one slowly deteriorating, seems to have settled now where about half the LEDs work.
Would value any thoughts anyone else has. Good luck, let me know if you find a replacement.
