Leak inside sliding door

Just wondering if anyone has noticed this issue or has had the same.
I recently noticed that I get water ingress / leak from inside the sliding door after rain.
I'm not entirely sure how it's getting in and I'm not sure of the component name but It seems to be coming from the latch or the part that assists in sliding the door.
The van is right hand drive and the sliding door is on the passenger side, so if you look at the sliding door from inside the van, it's on the left within the door cavity.
I don't have any windows in the sliding door.
It's a 2019 panel van.

VW have said that it's normal to have a degree of water ingress but I'm struggling to accept that as this lets in water consistently, doesn't have to be heavy rain.

Anyone else noticed this?

Leaking fixing bolts on drivers sliding door rail - VW known problem

Apologise if this is already a known issue but couldn't see anything when I searched. Just had a leak fixed by VW that relates to the fixing bolts securing the drivers sliding door rail (2019 T6 Kombi). There are 4 bolts down the side of the van and appears that some haven't been tightened...

Thank you, could be similar. I'll investigate further.

Still interested if anyone else had the same or similar issue. I can't exactly locate where it's coming through, quite an awkward spot to try and see.

I'm not convinced by VW saying that this is normal
