Kombi 2+1 Rear Seat Issue No2

Firstly I had an issue with single seat buckle. Now on the double seat, one of the green tabs that indicate the seat is correctly anchored to the floor is now floating around in the mechanism. Hasn't hindered the operation but would you guys think it's worthy of a warranty repair given it's a visible safety aid?

If it doesn’t work like it’s designed to work and it’s within warranty period I’d get VW to repair.
