Why do you think these can't be used in Germany? I'm posted here and have a valid TUV test with these exact wheels and tyres....

Very interesting!

Yeah i had the van inspected at a couple of TUV centres when i first moved here in order to register the van with German plates and to get it reclassified as a Wohnmobil and rather than a van.

As it was classed as a chassis part change and the wheel/tyres combo is bigger than the manufacturer recommended ones. I needed either an ABE certificate or Gutachten which these rims don’t have.

I do know that a lot of TUV and DEKRA centres have different variations in what they allow. So i wouldn’t be surprised if some treat it differently!

Did they add your wheel and tire spec to you registration documents?

Mine wasn't reclassified, it's still a van which may be why... Still though, weird that they would start caring about them only if it's a camper, it's the same chassis... Where abouts in Germany are you?

Yeah i'm not sure really. I also had to swap out the suspension too for the same reason! I'm in North West Westphalia, they seem to have a different opinion depending on who you talk to here with regards to the 'rules'. To be honest i lost the will to live with all the bureaucracy here so in the end i just used it as an excuse to upgrade the parts i had.

Hi, I am interested, but looking at the individual wheel pics, is that bi-metal corrosion around the studs?
Hi, yeah unfortunately the wheels do have some minor corrosion around bolts on the outer rim. This appears to be a known common issue that others have reported with this particular model. The holes for the 5 wheel studs appear to be ok, just some grime and marks from regular usage.

I tried to capture as much of the condition in the images and description. I would say it's still a very good offer on the price for the condition vs brand new.
You can DM me if you are interested.

I'd be soooo tempted with these. The money is there but I'm pretty sure they would rub as I am lowered, also, you are absurdly far away whilst managing to be still in the UK

Yeah they would definitely rub if you are lowered. They worked fine with the standard T32 suspension though.
I moved to Germany last year but the wheels i brought back to the UK in December. The collection would be managed by my family in the UK.
