Had excellent service from Khyam (Joe Killaspy - Operations Manager) after a small tear occurred around one of the pegging points of a side panel of my Kyham Sun Canopy.
From start to finish, I was kept well informed of what was happening, he arranged and paid the return costs and not only did he organise repair of the damage, every pegging point on both side panels was reinforced, before the panels were returned on a convenient date when I was home.

I also had excellent warranty service from Kyham (also Joe Killasspy).
I bought a front canopy for our Motordome Tourer Lite that we have had for a few years, but after about 4-5 days use in Breezy weather, two holes had worn through where it rests on the knuckle-joints of the Motordome. Apparently there should have been some fabric sleeves to protect against this (whether with the original Motordome or the canopy I am not sure). I sent it off for repair, but Kyham sent me a new canopy and made sure I had some of the protective sleeves as well. All in all, great service with good communications throughout.
