I've just been to my local audio centre and I want to upgrade my headunit in my 2018 T6 van (no steering wheel controls, but would like if possible). The centre have recommended the Kenwood DMX-F920DS, has anyone got a feedback for this unit? I wanted a unit a can have more upright to avoid the screen glare.
I'm looking at getting a reversing camera installed too at the same time as I don't have a camera or parking sensors. They have said they can fit either a camera by the number plate or at the top as part of the brake light. Just not sure what is best, any thought?
For the head unit and camera install i have been quoted the following:
Kenwood dmx-f920ds - £599
Fitting kit (fk-699-igns) - £107.99
Labour - £180
Reversing camera with labour - £220
What do you think, is this a fair price?
