I've emailed them asking if I made a mistake/forgotten to send anything and just really the justification for the valuation.

Well I emailed JK and asked if I'd made a mistake/had they made a mistake ?
Was there a misunderstanding?
How did they arrive at the valuation?
Heard nothing then out of the blue they came back with a valuation of £47k, spot on in my opinion!
No explanation as to what happened but at least it's sorted.
