Just had full drive shaft changed (still vibrating)

Had my driveshaft renewed on Saturday to try and solve a vibrating issues, trouble is it’s still
the same , any ideas ?
It’s 2008 T5.1 1.9 200,000 miles

Does it vibrate all the time or at certain speeds?
Was both drive shafts changed? Is the other ok?
Are wheels / tyres ok? Try swapping the fronts with rears.
Flywheel, any judder when pulling away?

Yes both driveshafts replaced and the stub shaft , it starts around 50 mph or when going up an hill , also noticed wene I reverse and lock the steering it does a sort of thumping sound , don’t know if they’ve damage something wene removing old driveshafts.
No judder when pulling away .

sounds like wheel alignment with the thumping.

Adding to what others have asked - What size wheels and tyres do you have and any other mods like wheel spacers etc?

Whats the age / type of tyres? Any unusual wear pattern.

I had terrible noise from the rear of a skoda superb which sounded like a bearing. Kind of a howl at speed - it was ‘toothing’ on the tyres, which is an odd wear pattern.

I’d bet my bottom dollar you need spigot rings in your wheels.
If the internal diameter of the wheel doesn’t match the hub centre, they 100% will vibrate; it usually starts at about 50mph….

Aren’t spigot rings only used on alloys ?
Mine are just steels .

If they are standard genuine Transporter wheels they should be the correct size for the spigot on the hub and not need rings.

I presume you swapped wheels around and had balancing done to rule that out prior to doing the driveshafts?

Assuming the vibration is pretty much the same in all scenarios, it rules out wheel balance. The fact it vibrates with a load, as @DXX says I'd be looking at mountings. Or maybe the dual mass flywheel, but I'd expect a bit of a vibration when taking up the drive
