Had a vibration when accelerating up a hill on my T5.1 transporter, which could not be identified by main dealer. Although I couldn't get through on the phone to make an appointment and missed some cal- backs whilst driving, I took a chance and just rocked up on the off chance. These guys gave me immediate attention and in a short while identified the problem as being a bent drive shaft, amazing work. This driveshaft was new from J&R Driveshafts, our vehicle had done less 5000 miles on it. Arun called them marshmellow drive shafts!!! Absolute impeccable service, they gave me an itemised quotation for repair including the cambelt and front seal. Unfortunately, they were booked up for the foreseable, however when I know I need a service and I'm in the area, would not hesitate to book.
