Jammed window mechanism on rear slide window

Hi all. Brand new to this forum lark so bear with me.
Has anyone come across this problem before. The pinch latches on the rear slide window has jammed making it impossible to open the window. It's stuck fast and it will feature prominently in my call to the dealers tomorrow! Only picked it up on Friday.
It's difficult to see in the image, it's the lower latch that's jammed in the upper position.
Anyhow, any advice would be appreciated.

Managed to sort it out myself! I noticed the window was not aligned to the frame. I gave it a shove from the outside and the butterfly latch relocated. It works a treat now. Result!
