I've got a creak

Quite an annoying creak, comes from the passenger side. I think it's since we had a door store fitted into the sliding door (to hold the table.) I think the extra weight in the door is making the door shift ever so slightly and the noise is coming from movement in the roller/slidey guide thing that sits in the channel above the door.

Any suggestions of what to tighten, how to quieten it down?

If I take the table out, it's a bit quieter, but that's obviously defeating the object!

I have a creak also seems to be coming from the door rubber. Silicone spray helped a lot

I’d second silicone spray - helped my slightly noisy sliding door. I sprayed all the rollers/tracks best I could and also on the seals as @campagquinn says.
I find the squeaks and rattles do come back after a couple of months so I probably also need to tweak something in terms of roller position but the spray is a quick and easy fix and I know I can’t make it worse that way.

Replacement upper runner arms aren’t expensive and are worth replacing as the spindle that holds the guide wheel tend to wear out. My offside one rattles and knocks and will be replaced during the Xmas refurb session.
