What are the chances of having Achmelvich beach to ourselves in August?!! I'm going to have to get there early with poison jellyfish signs I think!
That won’t work; everyone will figure they can’t be any worse than midges…
We purchased the rainbow external blinds including the pop top , done a couple of pub stops in the last few weeks with temp going to -2 and my wife thought they worked but I still found it cold until heater kicks in.
The bags are on large size and you still need to wipe down windows etc with microfibre

Which ones are these @Matt-T68? We have external at the moment but wanting to try internal due to size of the external one and the PITA putting away when wet

Did you get a set of these? I’ve been looking at the veedub ones as I like the idea of more compact storage than my thermal covers so curious to see if anyone rates them?
I had a set of these. Quality is spot on. I have swapped to external as I found the screen was always damp inside if it was a cold night. They are proper blackout though. My external wrap is basically the same size as these in the bag. I swapped to one of these T6.1 Screen Wrap - A Plain Deluxe
I got this Maypole one from go outdoors for 40 quid (members price). its pretty decent. not a perfect fit, but a lot cheaper than other options I've seen like vanstyles etc which seem to be 60 or 70 quid.
Right now i prefer the internal one, just more convenient at night and in the morning, esp for discrete overnights parkups. silver on one side, dark grey on the other. need to get something for the side and rear windows now winter is approaching, not sure if i should splash out on something more premium or just find something cheap (if available)

I have internal and external, I prefer the internal as I can still open both front doors when they are on. We use the front passenger footwell space a lot when parked up so it's nice to still be able to get in there after putting the blinds in. I have wind deflectors fitted so normally crack the front windows open a bit when fitting the blinds, this stops most of the condensation
I like the sound of those screens. Where can they be bought. ?

We have an external cover by polar technologies, really good quality and fits the van perfectly, complete blackout when on and can be lowered with velcro straps during the day if you want ro let light into the cab when not in use i store it between the top bed and the pop top so it's never in the way as we dont use the bed in the pop top.
